  • Made by one employer (unless FST) for continuous, paid, full-time work (30hrs a week)
  • For at least one year after PR is issued (if accepted) and not seasonal or on a contract basis;
  • NOC 0/A/B (unless FST) or NOC 00 (CEO, CFO, President, Vice President, etc.)

AND one of the following options:

  • The employer has an LMIA with the candidate's name and job title.
  • Candidate is working in Canada in a NOC 0/A/B position
    • Current work permit was based on a positive LMIA

    • Candidate on the day he/she applied for PR AND when PR is obtained

    • Have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer
  • A job offer from an embassy, high commision or consulate in Canada is not valid for CRS puropose.
